Yorkshire Housing selects Coactiva Aspiren's Aspireview Enterprise Performance Management Solution

Coactiva Aspiren, a leading provider of performance and information management technology and consultancy to the UK public sector, today announced that Yorkshire Housing is the latest Social Housing organisation to adopt its Aspireview Performance Management Solution. Yorkshire Housing manages more than 16,000 homes, employs over 800 staff and operates in 14 locations throughout Yorkshire.

"After a thorough selection process we chose Aspireview because of its comprehensive functionality displayed in a clear and uncomplicated way," said Tansy Hepton, Resources Director for Yorkshire Housing. "The ability to customise Aspireview to easily meet our ever changing requirements was very appealing. We felt Aspireview offered excellent value for money."

Aspireview will be used to present graphical, easily-interpreted strategic performance information throughout Yorkshire Housing. It will link corporate performance and Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) measures to risk and action plans, providing a view of performance to staff, tenants and contractors alike, to underpin cycles of continuous improvement.

"In Coactiva Aspiren and Aspireview, we saw a company and a product dedicated to performance management with an excellent track record," said Mervyn Jones, chief executive of Yorkshire Housing. "We are looking forward to our partnership and the benefits Aspireview will bring to Yorkshire Housing."

"Coactiva Aspiren is delighted to welcome Yorkshire Housing to the growing list of Social Housing providers who have selected Aspireview, recognising the data integration, flexibility and collaborative features Aspireview offers," said Ray Fielding, CEO of Coactiva Group.
