William Hill Selects Callcredit to Enhance Customer Database

Callcredit Information Group is working with gaming and sports betting specialists William Hill, to deliver an enhanced customer experience by ensuring that marketing communications are timely and relevant. Callcredit will help William Hill improve the effectiveness of its marketing database by developing customer data and improving campaign analysis and reporting capabilities.

To ensure that marketing communications can be triggered swiftly, Callcredit consultants are working with William Hill to ensure speedy database builds and rapid data analysis and reporting. This is essential when daily sporting fixtures impact messages and campaigns.

Callcredit is also assisting with William Hill's digital strategy by appending email addresses and mobile phone numbers to the customer database, so customers can be reached via the channel most appropriate for them.
