Universal Credit Pilot site goes live on Intercept RBV

Coactiva is pleased to announce that Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, the only remaining Universal Credit Pilot site, is the latest Local Authority to go-live on Risk Based Verification, delivered by Coactiva's Intercept team.

Tameside MBC selected Intercept RBV through their BECs eForm solution for new claims and changes in circumstances.
