Two new customers for Coactiva Aspiren's Enterprise Performance Management solution

Coactiva Aspiren, a leading provider of innovative performance management software solutions to the UK public and private sectors, is pleased to announce that Sentinel Housing Association and Raven Housing Trust are the two newest Social Housing customers to adopt their Aspireview Enterprise Performance Management solution. Both Social Housing providers are looking to enhance their reporting capability and improve their organisation's performance.

Sentinel Housing Association, based in Hampshire, has more than 7,600 homes across Basingstoke, Fleet, Aldershot and Farnborough. Sentinel will be using Aspireview to better monitor and manage its performance, plans and risks. This will replace their current fragmented approach of using word documents and excel spreadsheets.

Damien Ward, Performance Manager at Sentinel commented: "We needed an integrated view of our performance, plans and risks to construct a clear picture of how well we are doing. In particular, we wanted a system that is simple to establish and operate. This is what we believe Aspireview offers. We are at the early stages of implementation and so far the project is going well, expecting to be completed by the target date."

Surrey based Raven Housing Trust owns or manages more than 6,000 homes in and around Surrey. It aims to invest in homes and neighbourhoods to develop local communities where people want to live and to be an outstanding and pioneering social business.

Jenny Rawlinson, Raven's head of business change said: "Raven is looking forward to benefitting from Aspireview to further drive excellence in our performance and service delivery to residents."
