Triple win for Coactiva's risk-based Intercept RBV solution

Coactiva is pleased to announce the latest Local Authorities to sign up for the cost-saving risk based verification solution, RBV.

Fareham Borough Council, Gosport Borough Council and Ealing Council have adopted the RBV solution in order to improve efficiencies within the Benefits Department by targeting processing effort, determined by Coactiva's unique risk score, on those claims at higher risk of being fraudulent or erroneous.

Zoey Hillary, Benefits Assessment Manager at Fareham Borough Council said: "We are really pleased to be part of the Risk Based Verification project and we are confident that it will enhance our service to our customers and improve the process of handling new claims for our Assessment Officers."

The 3 councils will use the risk-based Intercept RBV solution to speed up new claim processing times by up to 30% and reduce their overall cost of administration, post, stationery and scanning.

Ray Fielding, CEO Coactiva Group commented: "We are delighted to welcome Fareham BC, Gosport BC and Ealing Council to the growing number of Local Authorities who have adopted Intercept RBV, recognising the cost and efficiency savings this approach has to offer."
