Sentinel Housing Association successfully go live with Aspireview

Coactiva Aspiren is pleased to announce that Sentinel Housing Association is now live on their Aspireview Enterprise performance management solution.

Sentinel Housing Association owns and manages nearly 8000 homes across North Hampshire. The Social Housing provider recently chose Aspireview to better monitor and manage their performance, plans and risks.

"We selected Aspireview as we needed an integrated and simple view of our performance, plans and risks to maintain a clear picture of how well we are doing. Implementation started in August with the project completed on target in mid-November. The process was smooth and we were guided through each stage by Coactiva," said Damien Ward, Performance Manager at Sentinel Housing Association.

Sentinel went live with their performance monitoring in October. Having their performance indicators (PIs) in place has allowed managers in Sentinel to show and report them at the November Management Team meeting. This information will be developed into a dashboard and shown at the Board meeting every quarter.

Managers and Directors across the organisation now have access to Aspireview after training with internal staff. They are now able to better monitor the delivery of their Service Improvement Plan (SIP) and Corporate Plan, and from January, they will be using the system to monitor operational and strategic risks.

"The simplicity of using the system has meant that managers have liked what they have seen," commented Damien Ward. "Benefits to Sentinel include the key corporate documents being in one place, helping to raise awareness as well as improved accountability for delivery."
