Rochdale selects Coactiva's Intercept Business Unit for Data Analytics Work

Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council has selected Coactiva's Analytics business unit, in partnership with Equifax, to proactively perform an income recovery risk assessment on those working-age individuals that will be affected by their Local Council Tax Scheme during the coming financial year.

Coactiva Intercept will help to trace and manage debtors (and potential debtors) and produce collection strategy models using the latest React solution. Matching available customer data to databases containing millions of UK individuals will help Rochdale MBC pinpoint debtors and influence the appropriate collections strategy. Debtors will be segmented so efforts are targeted effectively and potential bad debt issues can be predicted and proactively managed.
