Raven Housing reaffirms commitment to Coactiva and extends contract

Raven Housing Trust has reaffirmed its commitment to Coactiva and extended its contract for use of the Aspireview performance, project and risk management software for a further three years.

The award-winning software allows Raven to easily manage its performance needs providing timely insightful management information to help reduce cost, drive continuous improvement and manage risk. 

Raven has already been using the system for three years to monitor its key performance indicators (KPIs), strategic and departmental objectives and potential risks.

Sian Dawe, Business Performance Analyst, Raven Housing Trust said: “We are pleased with Coactiva’s support and the results we are getting from using Aspireview, and are continuing our relationship for a further three years.

“Aspireview has allowed us to link all our performance measures to our eight high level strategic objectives and to demonstrate how what the organisation is working on links together. The efficiency of having our data in one place has been really beneficial, especially with everyone in the organisation being able to see performance data and tailor views for different parts of the business. It also provides us with a robust audit trail.”
