Predicting the Future

"Brainwork will make women go bald" - German professor, Berlin, 1914

Credit reference agency Callcredit is to host a one-day conference for credit industry leaders addressing the future of the UK economy, the consumer lending industry and consumer behaviour.

Titled 'Predicting The Future' the conference is set to take place at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel & Conference Centre on Wednesday 1st November.

Announcing the conference, Callcredit's managing director John McAndrew said:

"Predicting the future can make us look silly - just ask the German professor who suggested in 1914 that brainwork would make women go bald. But that should never stop us from trying. The organisations with the best intelligence and predictive powers will be the ones that prosper. At this conference we'll be asking experts in their field to tell us not only what the future holds for the UK credit industry but also, importantly, the basis for their predictions."

A high profile panel of speakers is planned and attendance at the event is strictly by invitation only. For further information, please contact Debra Wagman on 0113 244 1555.
