Orbit Group Goes Live with Aspireview Intelligence

Orbit Group has gone live with Aspireview and Aspireview Intelligence for their Income teams. Income teams across the group are able to view their performance information on bespoke dashboards. From the dashboards they are able to drill through to reports which allow them to view the data for specific date ranges, management areas and income officers. From these reports users are able to drill to individual account lines and export the data if required.

This dashboard and reporting functionality will be rolled out across the other functions of the business in order of priority until all performance reporting is available through Aspireview. The next areas to be released will be Orbit Homes, our development division, and responsive repairs.

As well as the income teams all managers across the group have been granted access to Aspireview so they are able to view the income data and consider how the product can be used to best effect in their areas.
