New tenant vetting company uses Callcredit’s state of the art ID verification and financial risk solutions

Landlords and letting agents will now be able to benefit from a comprehensive and time efficient tenant screening service thanks to a deal between credit and fraud experts Callcredit Information Group and HMS Referencing, a new tenant vetting company.

Insurance specialist Hazelton Mountford, based in Worcester,has launched HMS Referencing the new tenant vetting company who has signed a deal with Callcredit which will offer landlords and letting agents innovative solutions to verify the identity and financial risk associated with a prospective tenant.

Callcredit has provided HMS Referencing with its state of the art products, CallID and CallReport which will provide HMS Referencing's clients with a 24/7 system that allows agents to start credit referencing at any time, track the progress of references and always know at what stage the referencing process is at. Tenants will also be able to complete application forms online at any time.
