New Charter automates HouseMark benchmark data upload with Coactiva's Aspireview

New Charter Housing Trust Group, comprising New Charter Homes, Gedling Homes and AKSA Homes, have adopted the Aspireview HouseMark framework,  which enables the full range of HouseMark benchmarking measures to be automatically uploaded via their Aspireview performance management solution.

The HouseMark measures are subject to the full functionality of Aspireview.  Simple integration with HouseMark enables New Charter to transfer data from Aspireview to populate HouseMark eForms, removing the onerous task of double-keying information which was required previously.

Coactiva have also helped New Charter to populate the framework with data going back to 2009, using information held within HouseMark.

The HouseMark framework has been quickly rolled out across the Group with minimum effort. Coactiva Consultants are now working with New Charter to finalise a set of performance dashboards which will allow the HouseMark data to be easily shared throughout the organisation.

The HouseMark eForms system is also provided by Coactiva, using Aspireview eForms technology, to collect benchmark data from over 500 HouseMark members.

Cath Owston, Director of Customer Experience at New Charter Housing Trust, commented:

“The integration of Aspireview to HouseMark eForms will not only save us time in populating the data but also allows us to share benchmarking information with staff and customers in a visually appealing dashboard format, making our performance data much more transparent and accessible.”
