Read the latest blog by John McAndrew (Callcredit's Chief Executive), as he takes a look at life in the UK and expresses his views on how this might change in the future.
In it he looks at President Obama recent announcement on a regeneration programme to kick start the economy and reduce unemployment. The cost - US - $450 billion, his desire to reduce workers taxes - so they can spend more - which in turn is expected to increase confidence and consumption and reduce unemployment.
But John's real question is where are we in the UK and what might the future hold for us - and asks - is there light at the end of the tunnel?
