HouseMark To Participate in Pilot Program For Coactiva's Data Analytics Service.

Coactiva today announced that HouseMark has agreed to participate in a pilot program for their data analytics service. The service uses intelligent data modelling and analytical techniques to unlock intelligence and valuable insight from large amounts of data.

HouseMark is the primary supplier of membership-based benchmarking services to the UK social housing sector. They are jointly owned by Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and the National Housing Federation (NHF) and their benchmarking services help organisations to improve performance and achieve value for money.

HouseMark currently has more than 840 members made up of Housing Associations, Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMO's) and Local Authorities. Their members provide data on an annual basis feeding their benchmarking system. They are headquartered at Coventry University and employ over 40 staff.

Chief Executive Officer of HouseMark Ross Fraser said, "We have recently engaged Coactiva to help us undertake statistical analysis of the data we collect from our members. We want to deploy statistical analysis as an added value service in a manner that generates business intelligence for our members and helps to inform the policy debate. We believe thatCoactiva's input will add significant value to our capability in this area."

Ray Fielding, CEO of Coactiva Group commented: 'We are looking forward to this pilot engagement and hope it is the first of many as Coactiva and HouseMark continue to forge a strong relationship for the future."
