Homes for Haringey selects Coactiva Aspiren's Aspireview Enterprise Performance Management Solution

Coactiva Aspiren today announced that Homes for Haringey is the latest social housing management organisation to adopt the Aspireview Enterprise Performance Management solution.

Homes for Haringey manages and maintains over 21,000 tenanted and leasehold homes on behalf of Haringey Council in north London. It operates out of eight locations in the borough and employs over 700 staff.

The two-star arm's length management organisation (ALMO) will use Aspireview to underpin and manage their key performance indicators as well as their corporate risk and action plans. In addition, the Aspireview Key Lines Of Enquiry (KLOE) module will help them self assess and prepare for short notice and planned inspections.

Chief Executive of Homes for Haringey Paul Bridge said, "We have selected the Aspireview solution to help us drive performance excellence and continuous improvement throughout our organisation."

Pete Davey, Housing Information Manager at Homes for Haringey, added: ''We believe we have been at the forefront of technology within our sector for many years and see Aspireview as another tool to keep us there. We are looking forward to working with Coactiva Aspiren on this deployment and expect to see positive results within days of implementation."

Ray Fielding, CEO of Coactiva Group, commented: "Our performance improvement consultancy capabilities combined with our innovative software tools, have complemented Homes for Haringey's appetite to drive service delivery with exceptional results."
