GMAP Expands Automotive Division with New Business Development Manager

GMAP has appointed Matt Butcher into the Automotive Team as Business Development Manager. Butcher will be dealing with both Motor Manufacturers and Dealer Groups and will be responsible for attracting new business and developing current clients.

Butcher has a wealth of automotive experience gained at both manufacturer and dealer group level. Having worked in the industry for more than fourteen years, Butcher started his career on the manufacturer side, working for Renault UK and spent ten years in a variety of roles including Area Sales Manager for Aftersales and Franchising Manager.

He later moved into the Dealer space and joined REAGROUP UK where he took on the role of Divisional Marketing Manager. In 2004, Butcher moved into General Management for both Renault and Nissan.

Butcher has a Business Studies Degree from Humberside University to add to his vast catalogue of experience in the automotive marketplace.
