GMAP enhances Automotive Analytics capability with new Appointment
GMAP Consulting, the UK 's leading supplier of market
intelligence to the Automotive Industry has appointed Matt Cawcutt
to head up and expand the Automotive Analytics team. This is just
the latest in a series of senior appointments made by GMAP in the
last few months to develop their Automotive
division.
Matt Cawcutt has worked in the automotive industry for 12 years,
assisting manufacturers with their network planning strategies
across the UK , Europe and North America . His client experience is
vast, working with such large players as Mercedes-Benz, Ford,
Harley Davidson, Triumph and Goodyear.
Cawcutt has returned to GMAP where he originally started out his
career as an Automotive Consultant. Before rejoining GMAP
Consulting as Analytics Manager, Cawcutt worked for Experian as
Senior Business Development Manager for a number of years. Prior to
this he spent 7 years at R.L Polk where he was a Team Leader and
Senior Consultant working on projects with both Ford of Britain and
Ford of Europe.
With a BA in Geography, a Masters in Automotive Retail Location
and many years of invaluable client experience, Cawcutt brings to
GMAP Consulting a wealth of expertise.
GMAP Consulting currently work with many UK-based and overseas
manufacturers to assist them in their market representation
planning and sales target setting. On the dealer side their
experience is also vast and they provide a range of used car market
intelligence services such as customer profiling, market
analysis and mapping, sales planning, stock profiling and
assistance with local marketing. Their market intelligence is
currently used by many UK and worldwide clients including
manufacturers such as Ford of Europe, Ford of Britain, Mazda,
Jaguar, Land Rover Suzuki, Volvo, in addition to several large UK
dealer groups.
