First Wessex Go Live with Aspireview

Coactiva is pleased to announce that First Wessex has now gone live with Aspireview for performance reporting after completing a pilot in July. The system has been well received by users in the business, as well as showing evidence of some initial efficiency improvements through reducing their report production times.

"The team at Coactiva has been incredibly supportive in helping us to build our solution and we are now ready to embark on further developments for other areas of our performance monitoring.

So far we have been able to use the system to build a comprehensive PI system covering our 3 local areas – Eastleigh, Portsmouth & Aldershot, a risk management framework and a means of reporting our customer insight data. Whilst we needed to build some complex frameworks to deliver this the Aspireview system allowed us to do so with relative ease. This was made all the easier for us as a result of the support we received from the Coactiva team during the build phase."
