EuroDirect Expands Database Solutions Team with New Appointment

Leading Marketing Intelligence Company EuroDirect has made yet another senior appointment to bolster its rapidly growing database solutions team. Rob Riddell joins as Senior Consultant, following the appointment of Tim Pottinger in July.

Riddell joins EuroDirect from Identex where he was Business Development Director, responsible for helping clients to acquire, retain and develop profitable customers through analytical database solutions.

Riddell has worked in the data and direct marketing Industry for over 10 years. Prior to his stretch at Identex he held a senior business development role at GB Group, where he worked for 9 years. Rob has extensive experience of working with blue-chip clients, including: Laura Ashley, Thomas Cook Group, Standard Life, Matalan, Npower, WHSmith, More Th>n and the AA, to name a few.

Rob's role is to expand the EuroDirect client base for database solutions by identifying and attracting organisations across a wide range of sectors. His strength lies in working with the client to ensure their bottom line benefits from effectively exploiting their own data assets. By combining EuroDirect's quality datasets, their unrivalled analytical capabilities and database technologies Riddell will be able to help clients align their customer recruitment and management strategies to deliver a substantial return on their marketing investment through robust sales results.

Before he ventured into the direct marketing Industry, Riddell was UK Business Manager of Barcode Systems at Esselte Meto, where he helped organisations track products.
