EuroDirect bolsters Analytics Team with Senior Appointment
EuroDirect, the leading marketing intelligence provider,
today announces the appointment of Gary Childs as Senior
Consultant.
Childs joins EuroDirect's growing analytics team and will be
responsible for delivering sophisticated strategic data planning,
targeting and enhancement solutions. As part of his new role,
Childs will provide analytical services, such as propensity
modelling and
customer segmentation, for new and existing EuroDirect clients
across a wide variety of industries. He will also be consulting on
database strategy.
Childs joins EuroDirect from Identex where he spent five years as
Head of Analytics. During his time with the company, Childs
developed its dataVision offering and worked with blue chip clients
including Virgin Atlantic, Mercedes Benz, BBC Worldwide, Citroen
and Airtours to create tailored marketing strategies.
Childs began his career at Equifax where he developed acquisition,
retention, cross-sell and upsell strategies for several major
financial services organisations. He also worked with an American
credit card issuer to establish the company's global prospect
management system.
In addition to his extensive experience, Childs holds a first
class degree in mathematics and statistics from the Southampton
University which complements his thorough data knowledge.
