EuroDirect Appoints Identex Chief

Leading Marketing Intelligence company EuroDirect has appointed Tim Pottinger as Database Solutions Director.

Pottinger is a key player within the data industry who has racked up over 25 years experience in key roles. He comes to EuroDirect from Identex, part of the Ominicom-owned WWAV Rapp Collins Group where he was Managing Director of the CRM division.

Pottinger was a loyal advocate of Identex from its inception in the eighties as Data Transfer International (DTI) when he first joined the business alongside four others. His career evolved as the company developed into Crawfords Computing, The Computing Group and finally in 1999 into its current semblance as Identex. When he left the business Identex had grown to over 220 employees.

Pottinger joins EuroDirect in the role of Database Solutions Director where his main focus will be to build and execute a sustainable growth strategy for the database division, building on current client successes.

EuroDirect are well known for their award-winning data, classifications and software products as well as their large and sophisticated database and bureau solutions offer. They currently have a wealth of database clients across the financial services, leisure, travel and retail markets.
