After a pitch, E.ON has chosen its incumbent supplier
EuroDirect to resume the provision of consumer data to support its
future customer and prospecting campaigns.
EuroDirect will continue to supply the Data Exchange consumer
universe and its vast array of consumer variables to aid E.ON's
prospecting and customer data enhancement initiatives. In addition

customer segmentation, profiling and prospect targeting. E.ON will
also be licensing EuroDirect's Individual Modelled Age Band which
enables them to understand the age group of every consumer in the
UK down to 5 year bands.

supplied to further develop its consumer understanding and help
better target marketing activities which are aimed at reducing
customer churn and encouraging customers to upgrade to additional
or alternative added-value services. They will also be using
