Daily alerts prove popular as Callcredit scoops award

CallMonitor wins Best Use of Technology Award.

Callcredit won the Best Use of Technology Award for its unique daily alerts product at the Credit Today Awards held last night in London. Developed based on extensive client consultation, CallMonitor enables lenders to monitor events such as missed payments, significant total balance changes, new CCJs, bankruptcies and CIFAS filings on a daily basis.


Users of CallMonitor have found that they receive knowledge of an event via a CallMonitor alert six to eight weeks before they do on a monthly file. The timeliness of the product enables lenders to take risk mitigating actions at a much earlier point; ensuring lenders are minimising bad debt losses and treating customers fairly.
