Credit professionals scale the heights for Macmillan

Three peaks in 12 hours for staff and clients.

On Friday 19th June 2009, a team of 54 people - 36 clients and 18 staff from Leeds-based credit reference agency, Callcredit - will set off on the ambitious Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to help raise money for cancer support charity Macmillan.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge involves walking approximately 24 miles (39.2km) and takes in over 5,000 feet (1,600 metres) of climbing. By tradition, the walk must be completed within 12 hours in order for the walkers to qualify to join the "Three Peaks of Yorkshire Club", an achievement the Callcredit group are keen to fulfil.

Mike Davies, Business Development Director at Callcredit and Group Leader of the Challenge comments: "We're looking forward to the challenge and providing the weather holds up, a glorious day will be had by all. On top of the personal challenge, Macmillan is a great cause to support and we look forward to presenting them with a hefty cheque."
