Consultancy clients to benefit from Callcredit’s unique customer insight

Consulting and analytics firm kokino-marvo has signed up to use Callcredit Information Group's consumer segmentation and modelling tools to provide in-depth customer insight to their SME and corporate clients in retail, banking, telecoms and utilities.

Leeds-based kokino-marvo, which was founded two years ago to deliver analytics, strategy development and business intelligence to a range of businesses, has agreed a three-year deal to use Callcredit's CAMEO and Microvision packages. The firm will use the software to help advise its SME and corporate clients on areas such as risk, direct marketing, modelling and customer relationship management.

CAMEO is Callcredit's flagship customer analysis and segmentation suite, featuring 13 UK and more than 35 international consumer segmentation systems to help companies increase understanding of their customers by appending to their customer database.

Microvision is a powerful Geographical Information System (GIS) marketing intelligence and modelling system which can be used in a variety of ways, from simple market and customer analysis, to more complex strategic retail planning and specific site selection, in order to help businesses capture market share.

Andy Bolton, managing director of kokino-marvo, said that the deal would strengthen the service that his business offered to clients across a range of sectors, particularly within retail, banking and financial services and would also bring these services to small businesses in an affordable way.
