Coactiva Consulting delivers SPRINT training to Public Sector in Wales

Coactiva consulting has delivered a training workshop in South Wales on SPRINT. SPRINT is Coactiva’s easy-to-understand and simple-to-use methodology for identification of inefficiencies and waste steps in processes used to deliver front line services to customers and communities. The training was hosted by Wales Audit Office and targeted specifically for public sector organisations.
