Coactiva adds powerful project management capability to Aspireview

Coactiva are pleased to announce integration of the market-leading Smartsheet full functionality project and milestone management tool into Aspireview.

Aspireview's project management functionality enables organisations to manage projects at a Programme and/or Project level, with the ability to expand project and action level information. Information may be displayed in a wide variety of formats in user friendly Aspireview dashboards. 

Two-way integration with Smartsheet now enables Aspireview users to view up to the minute project information and to seamlessly drill down to any level of detail, viewing and updating specific project tasks, workflows and milestones, where permissions allow.  Changes made within Smartsheet projects will automatically update Aspireview dashboards. Similarly changes to projects made through Aspireview dashboards will automatically appear within Smartsheet projects.

Users can now create and update project plans with the same level of functionality as you would expect from similar specialist project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
