Callcredit To Manage Guardian Subscription Services

Callcredit Information Group will be providing direct delivery subscription services for The Guardian Newspaper, after demonstrating a successful track record in managing subscription services for other national media owners.

Callcredit will build and host a CRM database of customer details, whilst its Interaction Centre will handle all subscription-related customer communications. These will include both online and off-line consumer contacts for new subscriptions, enquiries and renewals, utilising both trained customer advisors and a specifically designed front end website, which will link through from the Guardian's existing website.
