Callcredit provides channel insight to Everything Everywhere

Mobile phone giant Everything Everywhere has signed up to use Callcredit Information Group's email appending service to enhance their marketing database.

The company, which operates under the Orange and T-Mobile brands, has tasked Callcredit with appending email addresses to their existing customer database. Callcredit is also responsible for managing customer opt-outs and bounce-backs, ensuring that all email address data provided to Everything Everywhere is accurate and fully consented.

This is then used by Everything Everywhere to market new products, offers and updates to their UK mobile and fixed-broadband subscribers in a cost-effective and efficient way.

The append service is supported by Callcredit's flagship Define database, which is the largest and most accurate database of its kind, containing records on 43 million UK consumers and 24 million email addresses. As a result, Callcredit can offer the highest match rates currently available on the market today.
