Callcredit Operations UAB actively collaborates with Lithuanian universities

Callcredit Operations UAB have taken part in the ninth annual Career Days 2013 organized by Kaunas Technology University. Employees of Callcredit represented the company to highlight job roles and future career possibilities based at the Kaunas office.

Organisers of this years Career Days 2013 invited employees and students to meet and discuss different opportunities available to young professionals. Employees of Callcredit were happy to receive genuine attention from students and the job role that received most interest was that of Marketing Analyst. Many students expressed a keen interest in regards to the marketing and economic job roles and future possibilities at the Kaunas office.

There are 56 employees working at the office today; 11 employees will join the company in the near future. Job roles at the office include, Consumer Services Assistants, Software Developers, Database Developers, Infrastructure Engineers, Technical Operators, QA Analysts and many others. Callcredit seeks to be one of the main international companies based in Kaunas and provide a real opportunity to tap into Kaunas's rich employment resource and provide employment opportunities to highly skilled staff.

The management of Callcredit believes that the company could be a great first step onto the career ladder for the talented universities' graduates where they could improve their skills and seek a career. When the office opened last year, Callcredit tried to form a strong team consisting of highly qualified and experienced professionals, however, at the moment company is looking for less experienced people as well. Country Manager Dainius Aksinavicius is saying: 'We would like to provide an opportunity for young people who have just graduated and would like to seek for a career at our international company'.

Callcredit Operations UAB is actively involved in different activities with Lithuanian universities. Lecturers from Kaunas Technology University are preparing a studies module for students in the autumn, where professionals working at Callcredit Operations together with other companies will hold open lectures for students. In April marketing professionals from Callcredit will deliver open lectures about the practical adaption of statistics in the businesses for students from the Faculty of Fundamental Sciences.

Callcredit Operations UAB are also a social partner of the ISM University of Management and Economics and will be attending their Career Day 2013 and provide lectures. as well as participating in their programme "100 Talents". This programme is for students from various universities and the main task for them is to explore the problems that businesses face every day. Callcredit employees help students participating at this programme to take on the everyday business challenges and deal with them in the creative way.
