Callcredit Information Group’s colleagues have selected Leeds Mind as their charity of the year for 2018.

A leading data, analytics, and software company, Callcredit has committed its annual fundraising efforts to help the charity.  Leeds Mind will increase mental health awareness and engage with employees across the company throughout 2018 in a bid to raise vital funds to help support the services provided for people with mental health difficulties in Leeds.

Helen Kemp at CEO of Leeds Mind said: "We are absolutely delighted to have been selected as Callcredit Charity of the Year 2018.   The partnership will enable us to support more people with mental health difficulties in Leeds and we are looking forward to working with Callcredit over the next 12 months”.

Julie Wright, Group HR Director, Callcredit said: “Every year 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem but hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. Our colleagues are really passionate about supporting Mind following a vote at the end of last year. We’re really excited to see how the charity partnership develops and look forward to supporting our colleagues in raising funds for this very well deserving charity.”

Leeds Mind works with people affected by mental health difficulties to build on their strengths, overcome obstacles and help them to become more in control of their lives. We aim to achieve this by offering a range of services in Wellbeing, Employment, Creative Arts, Social Prescribing and our Help for Employers training service.
