Callcredit Marketing Solutions Assists Applegate in UK Expansion

Callcredit Marketing Solutions has this week been appointed by business-to-business directory, Applegate, to provide B2B contact centre solutions to support Applegate's expansion in the UK. Callcredit Marketing Solutions was handed the business following a competitive pitch amongst outsourcers last month.

The outbound telesales campaign will aim to boost customer acquisition through the generation of new directory advertisers. The campaign will be run by a dedicated team of specialist call centre agents based in Callcredit Marketing Solution's 500 seat interaction centre in Bristol. Training of contact centre staff is taking place throughout June and the full service will commence by the end of the month.
