Callcredit Marketing Solutions Agent Wins Top Prize in South West

Maureen Papilli from Callcredit Marketing Solutions was awarded the coveted 'Agent of the Year' prize at the South West Contact Centre Awards 2009, held last week in Bristol.

Maureen was singled out for her ability to put customers at ease and her personable manner. She had received a number of calls and emails from customers praising her skills and thanking her for her help.

The awards, organised by the region's new South West Contact Centre Forum, were launched to identify and reward the "brightest and the best" of local industry talent and to raise the profile of call centre companies in the region.

The South West Contact Centre Forum was established last year as a not-for-profit organisation representing the interests of employers active within the sector in the region.
