Callcredit Information Group has restructured its Software, Analytics and Fraud division to accelerate business growth in the UK and internationally and appointed Rick Biggs as Managing Director.

Rick Biggs joins Callcredit Information Group from software analytics firm FICO, where he was VP and Deputy Managing Director, EMEA.  Rick Biggs is joined by new hires Robin Findlay, Business Development Director, and Sarah Murphy, Consultancy Director, who also both join from FICO.

Mike Gordon, CEO, Callcredit Information Group said: “We have big ambitions to grow Callcredit Information Group internationally and our Software, Analytics & Fraud division is a critical driver to accelerate this growth. Progression in the UK has been strong, however overseas markets are still relatively untapped and provide us with a significant opportunity.  I am pleased to welcome Rick, Robin and Sarah to the team.”

Robin Findlay has more than 20 years’ experience working with global clients in the US, Canada, Middle East and EMEA, specialising in innovation for decisioning, fraud, core banking software and analytic solutions for retail banks and financial services firms.

Sarah Murphy brings more than 20 years’ risk management and operational experience in banking and global consulting. Murphy has experience in solving a wide range of complex risk issues across the customer lifecycle and in helping organisations transform their business through the use of analytics and decision management.  She previously led FICO’s EMEA and APJ Lifecycle Advisory Team and will develop a new, independent consultancy practice within Callcredit Information Group’s Software, Analytics and Fraud division.

Rick Biggs, Managing Director, Software, Analytics and Fraud Division said: “Callcredit Information Group has a strong UK reputation for its software, analytics and fraud solutions that have capitalised on its rich data assets as a credit bureau. We intend to build on the business’s credentials in customer service and innovation and expand internationally through market development and acquisition.”

Callcredit Information Group is also taking this opportunity to consolidate GMAP, its location and spatial analytic consultancy and CAMEO International, its global geodemographic dataset, into its restructured Software, Analytics and Fraud division.  This will strongly establish a centre of excellence by leveraging new and existing software and analytics capabilities as well as expanding international reach.
