Callcredit Information Group launches graduate scheme for careers in software engineering

Fast-growing, Leeds-headquartered Callcredit Information Group has announced the launch of a new software engineering graduate scheme, to help reduce the skills gap in the region and invest in developing future talent.

With more than 1,000 professionals working across international markets and with offices in the UK, Japan, China, Dubai and Lithuania, Callcredit’s new scheme is offering 10 graduates the opportunity to launch their careers as associate engineers working in the company’s Software Engineering team.

The scheme, which is set to start in September 2016, will enable graduates in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths (STEM), or a related subject, to undertake a bespoke three-month technical and professional training programme followed by 12 to 18 months structured coaching and career development support.  The graduates will be exposed to a range of experiences and provided with the skills needed for a well-grounded career in software development.

The new graduate scheme is a great opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates to get their first step on the career ladder. Working with a recognised industry specialist the three month bespoke training programme provides graduates with industry recognised technical qualifications. They will also spend time working with Callcredit Information Group’s product development and testing teams, contributing to real challenges and seeing the results of strong team collaboration to provide clients with market leading products and services.

Callcredit Information Group is now accepting applications for the Graduate Scheme 2016.  The deadline is 12th February 2016.
