Callcredit Information Group chosen to provide verification risk and affordability insight to UK’s first mobile challenger bank, Atom Bank

AtomAtom, the UK’s first fully licenced bank designed for digital, has chosen Callcredit Information Group to help with its verification risk and affordability insight to enable Atom to sign-up customers as quickly, cost effectively and as seamlessly as possible.  The platform has been developed and deployed to meet Atom’s UK launch earlier last month.

One of the biggest challenges faced by financial services businesses is establishing trust in the digital economy. Through DecisionStrategy, a flexible decisioning platform provided by DecisionMetrics, part of Callcredit Information Group, Atom will be able to perform instant 24/7 decisioning to validate and verify the digital identities of new customers and make better informed decisions based on deeper credit risk and affordability insight. This will speed up enrolment processes and reduce operational costs, while ensuring a robust and appropriate decision for customers.
