Callcredit delivers retail and customer insight to JUST EAT

Just EatLeading online takeaway service JUST EAT is set to benefit from market-leading customer insight and retail location planning tools from Callcredit Information Group to support its growth in the UK and abroad.

JUST EAT, which allows customers to order takeaway meals online from more than 14,000 UK partner restaurants, has signed up to use Callcredit's CAMEO and Microvision systems to carry out customer analysis and sales planning. By gaining greater insight into the profiles and preferences of the over 4 million customers using the service, JUST EAT will be able to expand its customer base and partner restaurants in the right areas in order to increase market penetration.

Callcredit will also support JUST EAT in identifying growth opportunities within its other international markets, including in European markets, Brazil and India.

Microvision is Callcredit's sophisticated Geographical Information System (GIS), marketing intelligence and market modelling system, capable of carrying out in-depth customer and market analysis and planning, while Callcredit's CAMEO customer classifications will enable JUST EAT to accurately segment and target customer groups.
