Callcredit delivers prospect data to UKMail

Consumer data specialist Callcredit Information Group has agreed a deal to supply its market-leading prospect data to UKMail's online direct mail service imail.

The partnership means that imail, which allows users to design and send mailshots directly from their PC, will be able to offer its customers access to Callcredit's consumer database which holds approximately 43 million UK adults - providing a complete end-to-end service, from the supply of data and mailing lists to the delivery of the mail pack to the consumer. Users will also be able to benefit from Callcredit's segmentation tools in order to improve their customer understanding and optimise their consumer targeting.

Andy Barber, general manager of imail, said: "Although we already offer users the opportunity to buy direct marketing data from us, we have not been able to provide it through our website until now, and this partnership with Callcredit will allow us to deliver a fully integrated, end-to-end service to our users.

"When investing in a direct mail campaign, it is vital to have access to reliable, quality data, and Callcredit will certainly deliver on that front. We are delighted that our customers will be able to benefit."

Glyn Cowlishaw, strategic account director at Callcredit, said: "As marketing budgets get tighter, there is an increasing demand for accurate mailing list data and segmentation solutions. We are very pleased to be working with UKMail in providing this service to their customers."
