Callcredit bolster Mexico presence with strategic new appointment

Salvador AlcalaCallcredit Information Group has confirmed its commitment to strong growth in the Central and Latin American region with the appointment of Salvador Alcala as Business Development Manager, based in Mexico.

Callcredit already has a number of clients within the region, particularly in the financial services sector, who use its consumer intelligence tool, CAMEO, to gain deeper insight into Mexican consumers and prospects.

Salvador joins Callcredit from Nintendo where he worked as a Key Account Manager. His appointment gives organisations in Mexico access to a local Callcredit expert to advise them on data driven customer insight and best-practice.

Alan Thornton, Account Director – International Channels at Callcredit said “With a population of over 110 million in Mexico and 580 million across Latin America, having a local presence in Mexico will give us direct access to one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing economies”

“Salvador has all of the skills and expertise required to deliver a first-class customer service experience to new and existing Callcredit clients in Mexico and the wider region.”

Salvador is the latest recruit in Callcredit’s international expansion and follows the appointment of Anna Chan to the Shanghai office and Lee Birch who has recently joined the UK team as Senior Business Development Manager for international channels.

Salvador Alcala, Business Development Manager at Callcredit said “I am delighted to be joining Callcredit who already have a strong reputation for providing powerful consumer insight across Mexico and beyond”

“I look forward to helping many more organisations benefit from Callcredit’s CAMEO solutions which deliver a unique level of consumer understanding across 40 international markets”
