Callcredit Appoints Head of Propositions and Insight Manager

"New appointments will drive innovative solutions through insight"

Callcredit 'Marketing Solutions' has appointed Nigel Costello as Head of Propositions and Neil Vincent as Insight Manager to assist with the development and delivery of transformational products, services and marketing solutions.

Nigel Costello, new Head of Propositions at Callcredit, has vast experience across Financial Services, Retail and Insurance sectors, including senior roles at Asda Financial Services, Freeman Grattan Holding and RBS Insurance Partnerships. Nigel will help Callcredit to continue to develop and deliver innovative and diverse cross-sector marketing analysis and solutions.

Joining as Insight Manager, Neil's career in insight and analytics has included roles at M&S Money, GE Money (now Santander Cards) and most recently at Dunnhumby working predominantly on the account of a major retail client. In his new role at Callcredit, Neil will develop segmentations, models and other analytical solutions to help clients better understand and communicate with their customers.
