Bristol City Council focuses on outcomes with Outcomes Based Accountability™

Bristol City Council’s new City Director Nicola Yates is keen that her organisation becomes more focused on delivering effective outcomes for the City's citizens.  Coactiva were therefore invited to advise on the use of Outcomes Based Accountability™ (OBA) - initially within the Environment and Leisure services’ teams. Coactiva's focus was on practical advice tailored to relevant services and the use of exercises to enable the teams to become self-sufficient in their use of OBA.

The support was well received by the teams, who are now taking OBA forward to develop report cards for presentation to the Senior Management Team:
