Bridgend County Borough join Solihull Metropolitan and Powys County Councils in extending RBV for multiple years

Bridgend County Borough, Solihull Metropolitan Borough and Powys County Council have become the latest Councils to extend their contracts for Coactiva's Intercept RBV solution by two or more years.

Over 60 organisations use Intercept Risk Based Verification to process Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction claims, enablng them to reduce claim processing times, deliver significant cost savings and capture more fraud and error.

The Coactiva solution is unique in employing a fourth-generation risk model which has been tested by the DWP and proven in live use since 2009.  Benefits can be maximised by tuning the risk model for each organisation, as well as using credit reference data to increase hit rates and target high risk claims.
