Birmingham Midshires chooses EuroDirect's MICROVISION for customer recruitment drive

Birmingham Midshires, the specialist lending and savings division of HBOS Group, has chosen EuroDirect's MICROVISION system to help improve customer understanding and drive its prospecting strategy.

Birmingham Midshires has a network of 66 branches across the West Midlands, the North West and the South West. It manages assets in excess of £20 billion and distributes its financial service products through its branch and network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).

Birmingham Midshires have chosen to license MICROVISION Marketing Manager and the integral CAMEO Classifications to help them understand the profile of their existing customers for each of their product lines. Using this powerful intelligence their Business Development Managers can help maximise the sales potential of the business by identifying similar prospects for targeting through the IFAs.

The MICROVISION Market Maker module enables Birmingham Midshires to define, visualise and understand their branch catchments and IFA territories. This technology will enable them to enhance their territory distribution in order to optimise both the efficiency of the IFA network and its accessibility to potential clients.

John Dobson, managing director, EuroDirect comments:
"By employing MICROVISION and our CAMEO Classifications Birmingham Midshires will be able to identify and target potential customers far more effectively, helping to expand its customer base and improve the return on its marketing investment."

Aqshar Khaliq, planning & analysis Manager for Birmingham Midshires comments:
"With the aid of EuroDirect's proficiency in marketing, market analysis and business modelling, we can ensure that our Business Development Managers are giving the most appropriate levels of support to IFAs in order for them to maximise their sales potential and ultimately grow the business."
