Better Outcomes Practice Becomes Sole UK Provider of Results Scorecard: Data and "Talk to Action" at the Core of Creating Cost Savings and Improved Outcomes for Customers and Communities

The Results Scorecard enables the public and voluntary sectors to work smarter by focussing attention on measurable outcomes for customers and communities.  It simply displays trend lines over time, the story behind the trend and agreed actions to do better.  It is underpinned by the work of Mark Friedman and Outcomes or Results Based Accountability™.  It has a focus on less paper and using data to get from "talk to action" quicker, hence saving  time and money.
