Ashford Borough Council is newest React Customer

Coactiva is pleased to announce that Ashford Borough Council is the newest Local Authority to select Coactiva's Intercept React solution.

Developed in collaboration with IRRV, the solution brings the proven principles of risk analysis and targeted verification to the administration of Council Tax. Providing an alternative to bulk discount reviews, the solution will assign a risk score to each account with a reduction andautomatically create a regular scheduled file of prioritised cases. The file will automatically be sent to Equifax for validation and be passed back to the Local Authority as a report. This will enable the officer to remove any erroneous discounts.
