Ashford BC goes live on React to maximise council tax income

Coactiva is pleased to announce that Ashford Borough Council is the latest Local Authority to go live on the newest revenues system to help maximise council tax collection.

Intercept React is an all-in-one automated data matching and analytics software application, designed specifically for Revenues departments. Ashford Borough Council has chosen to keep control of their discounts and exemptions by scheduling and prioritising cases to be sent to CRA. The software is also capable of automatically identifying any property eligible for the new homes bonus, matching 'gone aways' and providing a complete view of customer debt.

The system not only uses data from CRA, but data from throughout the council as well.
